Chef Kim's Kitchen is a program operated by Campbell Retreats (a sole proprietorship of Thomas Campbell). By using Chef Kim's Kitchen and signing up for the 7-Day Health Immersion, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

The service

Chef Kim's Kitchen offers plant-based recipes, meal planning, and the 7-Day Health Immersion program. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

Text message (SMS) terms

By checking the SMS consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to receive text messages about the program from Campbell Retreats (Chef Kim's Kitchen). Message frequency varies and is low. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of participating in the program. We text only people who provided their number through our sign-up form, and we never share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing.

Health information disclaimer

The program and app provide general education about plant-based cooking and nutrition. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition or take medication.

Your account and content

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping it secure. Recipes and plans you save are yours; we store them so they sync across your devices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
